We want to ensure you have a completely risk-free experience. We highly encourage all customers to download and run our 2-day free trial to thoroughly test SameAct on your local network, Master PC, and all client devices before making a purchase decision.
Because SameAct provides non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods (software licenses) and offers a fully functional, unrestricted free evaluation trial, **all purchases are final and non-refundable** once a payment has been processed and your account/devices are activated.
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for any reason, including but not limited to:
Your plan licenses a specific number of device seats (e.g. 10 devices, 30 devices). Once devices are selected and activated within your dashboard up to your plan's maximum seat limit, those seats are considered consumed. We cannot offer partial refunds or adjustments if you choose to activate fewer devices than your plan permits.
All SameAct plans are one-time payments for the chosen duration (e.g. 1 month, 6 months, or 1 year) — there are no hidden or recurring auto-renewing subscriptions. You will never be charged automatically. Once your purchased period expires, your license naturally deactivated unless you choose to place a new order. Therefore, no formal cancellation is required.
